The continued popularity of the Star Wars saga gives plenty of celebration opportunities throughout the year, but no day is more spotlighted on the calendar than May 4 (aka May the Fourth).
Picking up on this theme, Heritage Auctions is getting set to stage the 2025 Star Wars Day Signature Auction.
According to a Heritage release, this year’s edition includes a truly rare set of the originally released Star Wars figures, which were originally distributed only in Canada through Sears stores. The boxed sets feature both English and French descriptions, as is mandated for products in the country, and are graded by AFA.
“Box Set 1 features the 12 original carded figures, and Box Set 2 contains the second set of 9 characters, including Boba Fett. In addition, a rare AFA 85 Boba Fett test shot figure with peach head and limbs is an amazing piece that is available to the public for the first time,” Heritage stated in advance statements to collectors.
Other items in the auction include a variety of posters (including printer’s proofs), lobby card sets, press photos, and other memorabilia.
The full auction is available for viewing and bidding on the Heritage Auctions website.
