How will Victor Newman react to Billy Abbott’s betrayal in The Young and the Restless?
As per the latest Young and Restless spoilers, Victor Newman will retaliate against Billy Abbott‘s betrayal by devising a plan to ruin his reputation.
Victor meets with Phyllis, and she makes him a deal, which includes some new intel in exchange for negotiations. It’s unclear if Victor accepts the deal, but he obtains some new information concerning Billy’s betrayal, plans to create tension between the former and Aristotle Dumas while maintaining his clean reputation.
Phyllis had obtained this information about Dumas and Billy in the May 13 episode. She had visited Society and overheard Billy and Sally discuss the former’s plan to use Dumas against Victor. Phyllis then confronted the two and accused them of stealing her job. When Billy and Sally went to grab dessert, Phyllis took the opportunity to seize the former’s phone and found texts with information on Dumas that she copied down.
Upon learning of Billy’s schemes, Victor finally realizes how he can get back at him. He concocts a plan that would see Adam Newman launch a smear campaign against Billy. Unfortunately, Adam will be put in a tough spot, as he had earlier promised Chelsea Lawson to stand up to Victor’s manipulative tendencies.
Meanwhile, Phyllis attempts to contact Dumas after snatching his contact information from Billy’s phone.
